STAFF PICK: Green World Image by Telehealth
“Oddball Seattle synth-punk outfit Telehealth has a knack for tapping into the spirit and energy of ’80s new wave, but this record speaks directly to the zeitgeist of the here and the now. Green World Image is full of witty and catchy asides about late-stage techno capitalism, impending environmental ruin and generalized millennial dread — a complete body of work from a band that already has a strong sense of identity and a singular vision of music.” – Travis Shetter, Paradise Found
